1- Assistant HSE عدد/4

الخبرة والمؤهلات المطلوبة :

Fluent in English & Arabic both Verbal and Written; Computer skills required,Good at office software, including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word; 3 years working Experience in the drilling industry 

Basic Knowledge for HSE Procedures and Management;                                   

المهام والمسؤليات المطلوبة:

Coordinate with local governments and authorities

Certificates, Approved Letter  and contact information like person, email, phone number from previous employer;Assist HSE to deal with daily affairs and translation;Any other work assigned by ZPEC management;

both  have experience as Local Explosive Safety Officer/Local Radioactive Safety Officer

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Help the Managers and HSE Supervisors to Implementing the Company's policies and Safety Management System.

• Co-coordinate the implementation and maintenance of an approved and documented Health, Safety and Environment system, in accordance with Company requirements. 

• Ensures compliance with Company HSE policies, performance standards and legal requirements 

• Ensures that all applicable systems, procedures and documentation are in place, and all personnel are familiar and complying with them prior to commencement of work 

• Ensures that all camp area, plant, equipment, facilities, and vessels are fit for purpose, certified, and suitable in every respect for the safe and satisfactory performance of the Works. 

• Implementation of site ERP and HSE Orientation. Ensure induction training, of all personnel under their control in the safe working procedures relevant to their activities. 

• Reporting risk / hazard / accidents, and taking part in investigation procedures. 

• Ensure that the relevant risk assessments are undertaken and reviewed. 

• Ensure that safety guidelines and procedures are followed.

• Coordinate action taken for any serious incidents, to ensure safety of injured employee.

• A valid driver's license is an asset and may be required by some companies in order to obtain employment. Potential candidates should also be aware that a driver's abstract may be required.

• Ensure and maintain all safeguards and controls as required by the Safe System of Work / Risk Assessment. 

• Conducting daily safety meetings, TBT, Weekly safety meetings. 

• Inspecting Cranes, Forklifts, vehicles and all other safety equipment. 

• Responsible for personal safety and for ensuring work is undertaken using safe working practices. 

• Undertaking work in accordance with company HSE procedures. 

• Inspection for Fire Ext, SCBA, Smoke Detectors and Camp Health and Hygiene.

• In charge of Maintenance activities in Camp side.

المهام والمسؤليات المطلوبة :

Responsible for execute the daily transportation plan by issuing, communicating and monitoring Journey Management plans for Rummaila personnel movements from/to Oilfields and Basrah areas, including field IVMS Monitoring, reporting all events and any tampering activities, operation vehicles maintenance and registration.  Also responsible for planning and executing operational vehicles maintenance schedule as per the dealer recommendations and safety standards. The candidate is required to follow up on the renewal of the vehicles registrations and establish a register per vehicle to maintain all the important docs . implement and coordinate the company drivers working schedule, coordinate the company drivers leave plans and maintain overtime register. Inspect Company and contractors vehicles whenever requested and ensure that all vehicles meet Rummaila roadworthiness requirements and issue the required stickers. The candidate will be required to coordinate the assignment of the allocated vehicles, log and attend all complaints, follow up with the service provider.

 

• Send, receive, modify, and review daily logistics reports between Rig sites, clients and HR  department.

• Calculate time classification analysis for security custom clearances.

• As an authorized employee for receiving company official permits.
